Our services include communications strategy, digital marketing, direct response media, database management and media planning and buying.Maxus is a part of GroupM, the world's largest media investment management group that serves as the parent company for all of WPP's media agencies.



 Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage strategy for several CPG ( Consumer Packaged Goods) brands including packaging for national account while also managing franchise account
  • Gains the personal/professional respect of existing and prospective clients
  • Ensures business tools are implemented throughout the client base
  • Works with all regional management to identify and deliver additional revenue earning opportunities
  • Serves as a role model and supports the development of the staff at Maxus
  • Helps to limit the amount of staff turnover and ensures that annual reviews for the staff are done on a timely basis

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, or communications
  • 10-15 years experience in Media Planning/Buying, both for national and multiple local markets
  • Proven experience managing national CPG account with multiple brands and packaging experience required
  • Minimum 5 years Digital with supervisory experience;  Former responsibility for creating a vision for Digital and implementing across markets. Strong analytics, research, vision for all the various products
  • The ability to manage a group 5+; Ability to build cooperation and cohesiveness across teams
  • Proven capabilities in strategic and conceptual development of promotion programs and brand marketing
  • Detailed awareness of client business issues, industry trends, consumer trends, promotional resources, market status and competition
  • Must possess strong written, presentation, analytical, quantitative and verbal skill
  • Demonstration of creativity in recommendations/problem solving
  • Strong knowledge of all media types
